Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Albert Jones Photos. We are committed to providing you with a professional and enjoyable experience. In order to ensure smooth operations and clear communication, we have established the following policies regarding late arrivals, deposits, cancellations, and refunds. Please read them carefully. 1. Late Arrival Policy Grace Period: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Therefore, we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Impact on Session: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your scheduled session will be shortened by the amount of time you are late. The original session fee will still apply. Rescheduling: If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your session, and a rescheduling fee may apply. 2. Deposit Policy Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards your total session fee. Payment Deadline: The deposit must be received at the time of the booking confirmation to hold your date. After this period, the date will be made available for other clients. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled shoot. A cancellation made within this timeframe may result in the loss of your deposit. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session by notifying us at least 48 Hours in advance. One complimentary rescheduling is permitted; additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee. Cancellation by Photographer: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of your deposit or offer to reschedule at your convenience. 4. Agreement By booking a session with Albert Jones Photos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
